On Saturday 5th November, Elena Córdoba, Carlos Marquerie and Plácido Rodríguez got together at The Showroom Gallery in London to discuss the current state of contemporary Spanish performance. Antonio Molina-Vazquez, director of Spain NOW! moderates the conversation, which shed a very interesting light onto contemporary practice and the possible ways forward for an artistic discipline at the mercy of the current political climate.
Elena Córdoba and her company was in London as part of Spain NOW! 2011 with her piece 'Expelled from Eden' which played to great success at the Cockpit Theatre in Marylebone on Friday 4th November 2011.
